By accessing or using the HamsterMath website (the "Service"), located at hamstermath.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). HamsterMath is a free online platform that aggregates and provides access to browser-based games. Games are embedded from third-party sources and run within sandboxed iframe environments. We do not develop or own the majority of games available on the platform unless explicitly stated.

We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, including games, advertisements, or linked websites. Your interaction with third-party content is at your own risk and subject to the third party's terms and policies.
